Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect abnormal voltage well with a simple and miniature constitution by controlling the releasing of the clamping of DC voltage output by the upper and lower limit supervising comparison output of DC voltage and charging and discharging.
CONSTITUTION: When a DC voltage E reaches the lower limit value or higher at the turning on of power source, the output of a first comparator part 14l to which a reference voltage is being applied inverts and the output of a NOR circuit 61 becomes a high level. This output is clamped by the ground connection of break contacts 51. The clamped voltage is applied to a time constant circuit by a resistance 33 and capacitor 32 via the transistor 35 which is conducted via NOR circuit 62 by the inversion output of the comparator part 14l. After lapse of a specified time, the break contacts 51 are opened by a relay 21, by which the clamp is released. As a result, the stable DC voltage after the lapse of a specified time after rising is outputted from terminal 6. When the DC voltage E exceeds a lower limit value and an upper limit value, the DC output is cut off by the comparator part 14l, second comparator part 14μ. Thereby, the abnormality of the supply DC voltage to an IC, etc. is well detected and controlled.
