Abstract

1. A method of correcting the sensitivity of the balancing devise of an electrical weighing system by comparing an output signal which has been produced from the balancing device by means of a reference signal with a theoretical value, characterized in that a further comparison is carried out between the theoretical value, and an output signal from the balancing device produced by a second reference signal which is independent of the first, and the balancing devise is blocked when the output signal produced by the second reference signal does not confirm the correction which is based on the first comparison.
