Abstract

At this time, as no power is charged from a phase comparator 4, a speed output voltage is reduced in accordance with the deceleration rate right before the pulse failure. Then, again, when a wave shaping circuir 2 starts to normally output the speed pulse, the Q output from RMMV15 becomes "1" and the car speed output voltage becomes the voltage which corresponds to the actual speed of the car at the moment.
