Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a lattice with an excellent characteristics of overdischarge and self-discharge and a large mechanical strength, by casting the lattice with a thick frame bone part and thin intermediate rib part for supporting a paste and then rolling only the thicker part. CONSTITUTION:A lattice is formed by casting in such a way that a thcik bone is formed in a its frame bone part or partially of the frame bone part and intermediate bone part by using a Pb-Sn-An alloy consisting of, for instance, 0.3- 3.0wt% Sn, 0.1-0.3wt% As and the rest Pb, and even if said thick portion is applied a rolling work, a thin portion can not be rolled at all. The proportion of thickness in thick and thin portions of said cast lattice is determined to not less than 1.1 times. Then only the thick portion of said lattice is mechanically processed a rolling work to obtain a lattice body.
