PURPOSE:To make the blending ratio of each liquid constant, to prevent the inflow of outside air so as to preform hygienic treatment, by pressurizing each liquid at a constant common pressure, by controlling the inflow quantity of each liquid so as to keep the surface of liquids contained in inflow tanks and a blending tank at constant levels. CONSTITUTION:Compressed CO2 kept at a constant pressure is charged 122 to a syrup tank 106 and a water tank 107, and both tanks are kept at equal pressure with a pressure-equalizing pipe 123. Water is sent pressurized through a valve 103 and a floating pipe 105 to the tank 107, and the liquid surface of the tank is made constant at all time automatically by a float 109. On the other hand, syrup is charged through a valve 100 and a floating pipe 104 to the tank 106 and the liquid surface is made constant in the same manner. Water and syrup are sent respectively through a valves 112, 111, on-off valves 114, 113 to a mixing tee 115, where the water and the syrup are blended, then the mixture is fed to a blending tank 117. The liquid surface of the tank 117 is controlled at a constant level by means of a control valve 120 etc. mounted at the discharge side of a blending pump 119, whereby water and syrup are blended at a constant ratio.
