Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting of the flow rates of liquid materials by a method wherein when supplying different liquid materials to a mixing head through two or more circulating pipe lines respectively, flowmeters are provided in the pipe lines respectively. CONSTITUTION:Two circulating pipe lines 5, 6 are provided with liquid-material tanks 1, 2 and pumps 3, 4 respectively, the different kinds of liquid materials for reactive injection molding are supplied to the mixing head 9 from the pipe lines 5, 6 respectively, and a liquid mixture obtained at the head 9 is molded by injecting into a mold 10. In this case, the flowmeters 15, 16 are provided in the pipe lines 5, 6 respectively. Before injection molding, the operator rotate regulating dials for the discharge amounts of the pumps 3, 4 while checking flow-rate indicators 17, 18 so as to control the flow rates at desired values respectively. Accordingly, the flow rates of the liquid materials can be set and controlled easily and correctly.
