造する際に用いる低圧注入機の改良に関するもの

リフイスを原料ごとに使い分けて配設している。
特に必要流量の少ない触媒系原料は流量の出過ぎ
を押える目的でオリフイス径を0.9〜1.1mmと小さ

じる。このため流量変動時に両者の圧力を等しく
調整するためのコントロールバルブの循環側への

プル2の吐出口2aを経て注入ヘツド1内に流入

われない。そして、オリフイス4よりハウジング
5内に入り、ミキサーシヤフト6に取付けられた
ミキサー7により撹拌され、ノズル8よりウレタ
ン金型へ吐出される。吐出完了後はハウジング5
内部を洗浄液にて洗浄する。長時間、吐出、洗浄
を繰り返すとハウジング5内部において原料が硬
化して小塊が発生することがあるが、オリフイス
4は従来に比してサイズアツプされているので、
オリフイス4部での前記小塊による詰まりは発生
しない。ハウジング5内への原料の供給が行われ
ていないときは、ステム3が下降し、オリフイス
4は閉じられ、原料は流入口1aより注入ヘツド
1内に入り、直ちに流出口1bより出て循環され
る。この場合、オリフイス4での圧力上昇がない
ので、流量変動時に循間時圧力と吐出時圧力を等
しく調整するためのコントロールバルブは、従来
は循環系統に設置されていたが不要となる。な
