Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable, low-cost module, by providing an Si rubber sheet containing an inorganic material having excellent thermal conductivity between the metal surfaces of the thermomodule and a heat exchanger, and achieving intimate contact without grease or metal surface polishing. CONSTITUTION:The heat radiating sheet 13 with the thickness of about 0.2-1mm. is formed by filling the inorganic filling material having excellent heat conductivity such as boron nitride powder and the like in the Si rubber. The radiating sheet 13 is provided between the thermomodule 1 and the heat radiating plate 4 and the thermomodule 1 and a heat radiating fin 5. The intimate contact is achieved without the metal surface polishing and heat radiating grease. In this constitution, defective operation does not occur due to secular change in grease, costs are not increased due to the polishing, and the high-quality module can be obtained.
