Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a Brewster's window simply and accurately by providing a connecting tube at the base end of a capillary tube, connecting said connecting tube to a sealing tube, and providing the Brewster's window in the connecting tube. CONSTITUTION:Metallic end plates 2 and 2' constitute a sealing body together with a sealing tube 1. In said sealing tube 1, is arranged the capillary tube 3 which is extended along an optical axis X. Metallic reflecting mirror supporting tubes 4 and 4' are provided along the optical axis X so as to pierce through the end plates 2 and 2' at the externally protruded positions. Reflecting mirror base bodies 5 and 5' are held by the reflecting mirror supporting tubes 4 and 4', and reflecting films 6 and 6' are formed on the inner surfaces of the reflecting mirror base bodies 5 and 5'. Said surfaces are perpendicular to the optical axis X. At the end part of the capillary tube 3, the straight connecting tube 7 with a large diameter is provided and connected to the sealing tube 1 via a skirt part 8. Thus a unitary body is constituted. The Brewster's window 9 is provided on the connecting tube 7.
