Abstract
PURPOSE:To largely simplify the manufacturing steps of a gas laser tube by connecting as a pair two glass rod-shaped machining units formed with uneven parts parallel to the outer edge of a semicircular linear fine groove and the semicircular linear fine groove to form a discharge path.
