Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a Brewster's window simply and accurately, by providing a brewster's window member in a tubular supporting member provided in a tubular cathode held in the internal periphery of a sealing tube. CONSTITUTION:Metallic end plates 2 and 2' constitute a sealing body together with the sealing tube 1. In said sealing tube 1, is arranged a capillary tube 3 which is extended along an optical axis. Metallic mirror supporting tubes 4 and 4' are provided so as to pierce through the end plate 2 and 2' along the optical axis, and reflecting mirror base bodies 5 and 5' are held by said supporting tube 4 and 4'. Reflecting film 6 and 6' are formed on the inner surface of the reflecting mirror base bodies 5 and 5' so that the surfaces are perpendicular to the optical axis X. The Brewster's window member 9 is provided in the tubular supporting member 8 which is provided in the tubular cathode 7 held by the internal periphery of the sealing tube 1.
