Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a Brewster's window simply and accurately, by providing a brewster's window member in a tubular supporting member provided in a tubular cathode held in the internal periphery of a sealing tube. CONSTITUTION:Metallic end plates 2 and 2' constitute a sealing body together with the sealing tube 1. In said sealing tube 1, is arranged a capillary tube 3 which is extended along an optical axis.
