The pipes 16 and 17 are arranged at both ends of the axis extended from a laser capillary tube 13. The mirrors 14 and 15 are attached to said metal pipes 16 and 17. Even though the thickness of the mirrors 14 and 15 is thin, the leak path is not changed. Since laser light transmission plane is used, the risk of leakage from the sealing part is small.
