PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the laser light output by providing metal tubes around optical windows so that the metal tubes are tightly contacted with a gas laser tube, and realizing the sealing which does not give strain to said optical windows. CONSTITUTION:The optical windows 2 and 2' are supported by sealing glasses 3, 3', 3'' and 3''' and fixed to both ends of the laser tube 1. The metal tubes 9 and 9' are provided around the optical windows 2 and 2', so that said tubes are tightly contacted with the laser tube 1. Said metal tubes 9 and 9' reach mirrors 6 and 6'. In this constitution, the difference in temperatures between the seal glass 3'' and the seal glass 3''' is hard to be generated, and the local strain is not applied to the optical window 2'.
