Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep clean a window glass for a long time, by providing a heater around each window glass for light emission and incidence and keeping the window glasses at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A thermostat 1 is fixed at the inside of a cell 2 with a ring 3 and a nonlinear optical crystal 4 is fixed at the inside of the box 1. A window glass 8 is stored in a holder 9 via a ring 13 and fixed to a ring 12. The holder 9 is provided with a heater 17, the temperature of the entire holder is increased to keep the window glass 8 at high temperatures.
