Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a laser tube having little fluctuation of laser output by a method wherein plural intermittent grooves to facilitate to incline mirrors are provided on the outer circumferential parts of cylindrical mirror supporters. CONSTITUTION:The mirror supporters 8, 8' consisted of one kind metal are connected to both the sides of the laser tube 1, and the mirrors 7, 7' are supported at the end parts thereof. The plural intermittent grooves 12, 12' are provided on the outer circumferential parts of the mirror supporters 8, 8'. To regulate the mirrors 7, 7' positioning at both the sides of a slender tube 9, plastic deformation is applied to the mirror supporters 8, 8' using processing blades 11, 11' of a jig 10 shown in the figure 10, and the angles of the mirrors 7, 7' connected to the mirror supporters 8, 8' to the central axis of the slender tube 9 is regulated.
