Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to make all black signals informative effectively, by providing two storage circuits, controlling them while storing signals on one hand and reading them out on the other hand, and storing the 1st black signal succeeding to a while line skip also. CONSTITUTION:A memory control circuit 7 changeovers switches S1, S2 and S3 at input and output sides of two storage circuits, 4, 5 having the memory capacity for one line's share so as to make the S1 and S2 are in reverse phase and the S1 and S3 are in phase. The memory control circuit 7 is changeovered by a black signal fed from a read-in control circuit 2. A gate 6 is opened while the black signal exist in the line to pass through the information and gives an input to a circuit during storage via a gate 3. For example, while a storage circuit 4 is in storaging, the data sotred so far is read out from a storage circuit 5. The white line skip continues during the white signal exist interlines, but when the balck information is read out at a sensor 1, the switches S1-S3 are changeovered and the function of the storage circuits 4, 5 is replaced each other. Thus, all the black signals are effectively used.
