CONSTITUTION:Memory write is controlled for memory circuits 110 and 111 through signal line 109, and decoded picture element values are written to both memory circuits through signal line 108. Circuit 110 corresponds to a picture changing part, and circuit 111 corresponds to the whole of the picture. Outputs from circuits 110 and 111 are switched by switch 118 and are output from output terminal 120 through D/A converter 119. Circuit 110 has all memory contents reset to a fixed value by the signal from memory reset circuit 113 before data receiving of the receiving side, and the picture region except a changed part is kept fixed-level on the monitor when the output of circuit 110 is selected by switch 118. Otherwise, switch 118 can be removed to reproduce and display only the whole of the picture and the picture changed part simultaneously.
