CONSTITUTION:A PLL circuit consists of a voltage control oscillator 4, a 1/N program divider 1, a phase detector 2, a low-pass filter 3 and a prescaler 6. The prescaler is used to reduce the local oscillation frequency F0 sent from the oscillator 4 down to the working speed of the divider 1. A frequency counter circuit consists of a frequency counter 7, a latch circuit 9, a multiplexer 10, an AND gate 8, a load signal 12, a gate signal 13 plus a latch signal 14. The display data is delivered in a BCD code by the BCD code output signals 15-18.
