Abstract
PURPOSE:To mantain a constant duty for an output square waveform, by providing an automatic control system that negates the duty fluctuation of an output of the waveform shaping part. CONSTITUTION:An automatic control system that negates a duty fluctuation comprises a duty detecting part 4 which delivers the mean high-level voltage VH proportional to the rate of time during which a high level is obtained in a cycle of a square wave signal OUT plus the mean low-level voltage VL proportional to the rate of time during which a low level is obtained in a cycle rspectively after receiving a part of the output of a waveform shaping part 2 and a duty comparing part 5 that controls the threshold value VS of part 2 in the direction where a difference if any between VH and VL is reduced after comparing VH with VL. If the gain of an amplifier A2 is referred to as GA2, VH-VL=VS/GA2 is obtained. Thus a control error of VS/GA2 is produced in a normal state. However, if GA2 infinity is satisfied, VH=VL is obtained. Accordingly it is conceivable that VS always varies so as to satisfy VH=VL.
