A light beam of linear polarized light 3 slinting at 45 deg. to optical axis 2 of the said controller is incident to the substrate at right angles and a voltage applied to the transparent electrode, on the other hand, is varied to emit the light beam while changing its polarized light into optional polarized light (linear-elliptical-circular).
