Abstract

PURPOSE:To sufficiently utilize the characteristics of a diaphragm by providing a constitution so as to stably maintain the oil which has electricity insulating property and protects the surface of the diaphragm of a pressure sensing pellet. CONSTITUTION:The central part of one surface of the pressure sensing pellet 31 is machined to obtain the thin diaphragm 32. On the surface of the other side, a plurality of resistance diffusing layer 33 are formed. In a holder 36, is filled the oil 41 wherein the pressure sensing pellet 31 is immersed and which has viscosity and electricity insulating property. A lid 42 is coupled and fixed to the upper opening part of the holder 36 so as to seal said oil 41 into the holder 36. Many through holes 43 are perforated through the peripheral region of said lid 42. The diameter of said through holes 43 is determined so that the surface tension of the oil 41 is large in comparison with the weight of the oil 41 when this device is placed upside down, thereby preventing the leakage of the oil via the through holes.
