Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a secondary output voltage on an ignition coil at high speed zone by providing an angle sensor generating the third angle position signal in a system provided with an angle sensor generating the first and second angle position signals. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an angle sensor 1 to detect the first angle position theta1 and the second angle position theta2 which is leading ahead of an ignition timing at the time of maximum leading angle required by an engine synchronously with engine rotations and another angle sensor 20 to detect the third angle position theta3 of the engine which is leading by a given angle ahead of said angle position theta2. Further provided are a rotational speed detecting circuit 12 to detect a given number of revolutions of the engine and an arithmetic circuit 9 to operate the fourth angle position theta4 leading by a given angle ahead of the first angle position theta1 correspondingly to an engine parameter on the basis of the second angle position signal. A constitution is such that an ignition coil 16 is conductive from the angle position theta3 for the engine running at a given number of revolutions or over, which is cut-off at the angle position theta4.
