Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the output fixed to perform small-output fixed control in common use of 50Hz and 60Hz, by connecting one end of a capacitor for signal transfer to the connection point of a resistance and a switching element for trigger and by connecting the other end to the gate of a two-way three-terminal thyristor.

The output can be made fixed to perform small-output fixed control in common use of 50Hz and 60Hz without amplifying action of 50Hz and 60Hz power source frequencies and voltage fluctuation and by performing phase control with comparison between input and output.
