Abstract
PURPOSE:To make suitable the MOSFET to the signal having high repetitive frequency and short period, by connecting the junction point of the enhancement type MOSFET in cascade connection into the power supply split point via a resistor. CONSTITUTION:The resistor 7 is provided, and when the resistance value 7 is sufficiently smaller than the resistor between the drain and source at the interruption state of MOSFET 1, 1', the discharge of the capacitor between the gate and source of MOSFET 1' is through the parallel resistance value of the resistors 5 and 6 and the resistor 7. Thus, the time constant between the gate and source of MOSFET 1' is made smaller than conventional device and it can be applied to the signal having high repetitive frequency and short period.
