Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent high-frequency separating characteristics, by using 5 transistor switches, reducing the stray capacitance, and keeping the gate at sufficiently low impedance at switch-off. CONSTITUTION:When positive and negative voltages are applied respectively to power supply terminals 4 and 5 and a negative signal is applied to a control terminal 3, MOS transistors TRQ1 and Q2 are biased via load resistors R1 and R2 and an analog switch circuit is in on-state. Next, when a 0V signal is applied to the terminal 3, MOSTRs Q3-Q5 are in on-state and the TRsQ1 and Q2 are interrupted. Thus, the TRsQ3 and Q4 are driven at switch-off to keep the gate of the TRsQ1 and Q2 at a low impedance, and the off-isolation characteristics to a high frequency signal can be improved by eliminating the stray capacitance generated between the connecting point of the TRsQ1 and Q2 and a semiconductor substrate through the driving of the TRQ5.
