CONSTITUTION:Commands and various data given by switches SW1-SW9 are applied as basic data to an arithmetic device CPU via an input-output circuit IOU. Also, a sampling stop command B3 is applied from the outside to the CPU via the IOU and the flow rate Qi of fluid X is applied thereto from a flow rate detector 10. The CPU executes prescribed operations, and transmit the signals C1, C2 controlling the on-state and off-state of 3-way change-over solenoid valves 4, 7, then a sampling pump 2 discharges and draws fluid samples by following up the on-off action of the valve 4. The sampling periods are automatically calculated in association with the flow rate Qi, and the respective sampling periods are controlled.
