Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the speed of a hydraulic actuator to be controlled at any value in the multistages in a speed control means wherein a plurality of flow control valves connected in parallel by using pressure compensated flow control valves for said flow control valves.
CONSTITUTION: In the oil hydraulic circuit wherein the delivered oil from a hydraulic pump 11 is supplied to a hydraulic cylinder 12 via a 4-port 3-position switching valve 13, the speed control means is constituted by a plurality of the flow control valves X0WXn which are connected in parallel and solenoid operated opening and closing valves Y0Wyn which are connected in series with said flow control valve X0WXn. For said flow control valves X0WXn, are used the pressure compensated flow control valves that enclose reducing valves which are capable of sensing the upward and downward pressures at the throttle parts of the valves and always passing the constant flow. Said flow control valves X0WXn selects the desired flow rate or established value from the geometric progression which satisfies the general equation K=2n.
