Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve precision while making it possible to take temperature measurement over a wide range simultaneously by incorporating a memory circuit and arithmetic circuit in a radiation thermometer that has many temperature detecting element at the detection part. CONSTITUTION:Ray L of heat from a body to be measured, e.g. wire coil 3 enters temperature detection part 5, consisting of 2048 temperture detectors, by way of lens 4 and then converted there into an electric signal. This electric signal, after being amplified, passes through interface circuit 9 to enter arithmetic circuit 10, which compares it to the reference-temperature electric signal of each temperature detector stored previously in memory circuit 8 to convert the electric signal of each element into a temperature signal, so that a specific value among them will be displayed on digital display unit 12. Recorder 14, on the other hand, displays an analog value obtained through the conversion of DA converter 13.
