PURPOSE:To improve precision by remarkably reducing the generation of a temperature measurement error by providing an adequate correcting circuit to a radiation thermometer that has temperature detectors at its detection part. CONSTITUTION:Ray L of heat emitted from temperature-measured body 1 passes through lens 2 and enters temperature detection part 3, consisting of many temperature detectors, for conversion into an electric signal. The electric signal from temperature detection part 3, after being corrected by linearizer 6 so that the electric signal will be linear to a measured temperature, enters correcting ciricuit 7, where the electric signal sent by temperature detectors of temperature detection part 3 is integrated on the basis of a control signal from image sensor driver 4 and then output. The thus-averaged electric signal is recorded by recorder 10 and also converted by AD converter 8 into a digital signal, which is displayed on digital display unit 9.
