体、20……信号処理部、21……アナログ信号
処理回路、22……マイクロコンピユータ、30

Claims (1)
系と、この光学系により収束した赤外線の放射エ
ネルギーを計測する赤外線検出器と、この赤外線
検出器の出力信号を処理する信号処理部とを有す
る非接触型の温度センサにおいて、前記光学系の
温度及び前記赤外線検出器の温度を夫々計測する
温度センサと、これらの温度センサにより計測さ
れた温度の差に基づいて前記光学系の温度変化に
起因する誤差を補償する温度補償手段とを具備し
