度センサの概略外観図、第３図は同上の非接触型
温度センサのアナログ信号処理回路の一構成例を
説明するためのブロツク図、第４図〜第６図は同
上の非接触型温度センサを用いた実験データを示
すグラフである。 なお、図面に用いた符号において、１……赤外
線検出器、２……温度センサ、３……光学系、４
……温度センサ、１０……非接触型温度センサ本
体、２０……信号処理部、２１……アナログ信号
処理回路、２２……マイクロコンピユータ、３０
……表示部、である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象から発せられる赤外線を収束する光学
    系と、この光学系により収束した赤外線の放射エ
    ネルギーを計測する赤外線検出器と、この赤外線
    検出器の出力信号を処理する信号処理部とを有す
    る非接触型の温度センサにおいて、前記光学系の
    温度及び前記赤外線検出器の温度を夫々計測する
    温度センサと、これらの温度センサにより計測さ
    れた温度の差に基づいて前記光学系の温度変化に
    起因する誤差を補償する温度補償手段とを具備し
    たことを特徴とする非接触型温度センサ。
