Claims (1)
- 熱線透過窓を設けた容器に前記熱線透過窓を透
過する熱線の受熱部を設け、該受熱部の温度変化
を検出する温度検出手段が前記受熱部に近設した
温度検出器において、熱伝導部材を前記温度検出
手段と前記容器との間に架け渡したことを特徴と
する高感度温度検出器。
