Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 変換器と、測温接点を有する熱電対とが、導線
を介して間接的に、又は、導線を介さずに直接的
に接続され、保護管に組み込まれてなる熱電式温
度センサにおいて、 前記熱電対における前記測温接点の直前両側部
を断熱絶縁部材に接着固定し、かつ、前記測温接
点を露出させた状態で、前記熱電対が断熱絶縁部
材を介して前記保護管に組み込まれている ことを特徴とする熱電式温度センサ。
