Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属ベース上に耐熱性を有する絶縁材を介して
    固着されたゲージ素子に一端が接続されたゲージ
    リードの他端に前記ゲージ素子のひずみ検出出力
    をひずみ測定器に導くためのリード線が接続され
    た高温ひずみゲージにおいて、耐熱樹脂、耐熱ガ
    ラスまたはセラミツク等の耐熱材によつて被覆さ
    れたリード線を金属性の固定ベースと金属性のバ
    ンドとの間に狭持せしめた状態で前記バンドを前
    記固定ベース上に溶接またはろう付にて固着し、
    前記固定ベースの端部を前記金属ベースの端部に
    点溶接にて固着し、前記ゲージリードの他端と前
    記リード線とを溶接またはろう付にて接続したこ
    とを特徴とするリード線付高温ひずみゲージ。
