  1. 薄板状の複数本の熱電対線素線を、ある間隔を
    おいて平行に配置し、熱電対素線と同等かあるい
    はそれよりも低熱容量の金属で前記両熱電対素線
    間を架橋して熱接点部を形成してなる表面温度測
    定用センサ。
