Claims (1)
- 半導体を絶縁板を介して取付けるヒートシンク
と、このシートシンクに前記半導体を挾んで取付
けられる取付け板と、この取付け板に取付けられ
前記半導体に接触される熱伝導率の高い金属板と
、この金属板に取付けられる温度センサとを備え
たことを特徴とする半導体の温度検出装置。
