Claims (1)
- 赤外線を検知する赤外線検知素子と、前記赤外
線検知素子を内蔵した断熱容器であるデユアと、
前記赤外線検知素子を冷却するための冷凍機と、
前記デユアに取付けられた赤外線を透過する窓と
、前記窓に結露が生じることを防止するための電
熱線ヒータとを備えたことを特徴とする赤外線検
知器。
