Claims (1)
- 先端が低温となる円筒状のコールドフインガを
有する冷凍機と、前記コールドフインガが挿入さ
れる穴状の空間を形成し、かつ金属でできている
インナシエルと、前記インナシエルの外側をおお
い前記インナシエルとの間に真空層を形成するア
ウタシエルと、前記インナシエルに取りつけられ
た赤外線検知素子と、前記コールドフインガと、
前記インナシエルとの間で、かつコールドフイン
ガの先端位置に挿入されたサポートとを具備した
ことを特徴とする赤外線検知器。
