Claims (1)
- 一端に底面を有する円筒上の穴を形成するイン
ナシエルと、前記インナシエルの外側を覆い、前
記インナシエルとの間の空間を真空に保つアウタ
シエルと、前記インナシエルの底面に取り付けら
れた赤外線検知素子とを備えたデユアと、前記イ
ンナシエルの内側の穴に挿入され、前記インナシ
エルの底面に先端が直接接触しており、その先端
部にて冷凍を生成するような円筒型のコールドフ
インガを有する冷凍機と、前記コールドフインガ
の先端と前記インナシエルの底面の密着性を高め
るために前記コールドフインガ先端を前記インナ
シエル底面に押し付ける弾性部材とを備えたこと
を特徴とする赤外線検知器。
