Abstract

PURPOSE: To measure the current flowing to each phase with good accuracy, by detecting the magnetic field produced with the current of each phase by means of magnetic field measuring element and inputting this output to the operation unit.
CONSTITUTION: The magnetic field produced by the current flowing to the wires 1a, 1b, 1c of each phase is detected with the magnetic field measuring elements 2a, 2b, 2c. The detection signal of the magnetic field measuring elements 2a, 2b, 2c is inputted to the input terminals 7a, 7b, 7c of the measuring operation unit 9. The measuring operation unit 9 has the gain proportional to the anti-matrix of the matrix taking the measurement sensitivity constant of the magnetic field measuring elements 2a, 2b, 2c as elements. The value of the currents flowing to the wires 1a, 1b, 1c can be indicated with the measuring units 5a, 5b, 5c.
