Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable the uniform formation of a lamination bed without break produced between the loaded goods in the middle of a loading process, i.e., at a part except a movement range end of a stacker, by a method where a process, in which various types of raw materials are loaded in layers for blending, is self-controlled.
CONSTITUTION: In case sinter ores of desired grade are selected in an iron mill, a stacker 4, which moves in a doubling back manner, is employed in a raw material yard. And, in case various types of raw materials in hoppers 1aW1n are received and are loaded in layers for blending, a stacker position detector 5 and a process control computer (PROCOM) 6 are mounted. An input device 7, which outputs a signal for directing an opening reservation and a closing reservation for raw material feeders 2aW2n, is mounted. When a feed starting reservation is directed, each unit is controlled by computing a feed amount, supplied from a corresponding hopper 1, which is equivalent to a loading amount of a corresponding raw material after subsequent to a point of time when a stacker doubles back in the first place after direction is sent from the PROCOM6.
