Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The first electric power source 17 is selected as 400V and the second electric power source 18 is selected as 200V. The unit of the first positive plate is composed of the positive plates AWE, F, M and that of the second positive plate is composed of the positive plates G, H, I and then, that of the third positive plate is composed of the positive plates J, K, L. An electric current is turned on the first unit for 45 seconds and is turned on the second and third unit for 5 seconds when the car body 12 treated by phosphate pickling treatment, is entered the bath 11.
