Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a product while preventing a raw material powder from sticking by a method wherein a product taking-out port is provided at a gas diffusing plate, and a controllable rotary vane for agitation is rotated along the diffusing plate. CONSTITUTION:The multiple-plate rotary vane 4 controllable in rotational frequency is provided adjacently to the gas diffusing plate 2 in a fluidized-bed drum 5. The diffusing plate 2 is provided with a notch-shaped product taking-out port 9. The material powder M fed through a downcomer 10 and a working gas G is fed upwardly from the lower side of the diffusing plate 2, and the vane 4 is rotated at controlled rotational frequency. When the reaction of the material powder M is completed, it is globulated into the favorable product P, which reaches the product taking-out port 9 and is taken out into an outlet chute 11. Accordingly, since the material powder is prevented from sticking and the reaction time of each particle is maintained to be substantially equal, the quality of the product is enhanced.
