Abstract

PURPOSE:To control the fly-out of solid particles easily by a method wherein a fluid layer is provided with pulsation through fluidizing gas when raw material is reacted by using the fluid layer. CONSTITUTION:The raw material of solid particles is supplied to a fluid layer portion of a reaction furnace 6 from a raw material introducing port 5. Products as the results of the reaction are extracted from a discharge port 4, and the particles of a reactant are collected by means of a cyclone 7. In this case, fluidizing gas with the speed of approximate 1.5-2 times as fast as final fluidizing speed is forwarded to the reaction furnace 6 through a rotary valve 2 by means of a blower 1 in the frequency of approximate 10Hz/min or more, and solid particles on a grating 3 are kept under fluidized conditions. Thus, the quantities of particles flying out from the fluid layer can be decreased.
