Abstract

PURPOSE:To accelerate raw material convection by using a container whose inside wall and bottom are smoothly connected by a continuous curved surface. CONSTITUTION:An aeration plate 3 is extended at the bottom surface of a fluidized tank 4. The outer periphery of the plate 3 is made smaller than the internal diameter of the tank 4 wall surface 1a. The surface 1a and the bottom 1b are connected by a smooth continuous curved surface 1c. Material is supplied from the mouth 9, compressed gas is fed from the inlet 6 into the tank 4. At the same time, the rotary agitator member 5 is rotated through the shaft 8. As a result, material increases in its flow rate by compressed air from the bottom 1b of the container 1, flows up along the wall surface 1a, convects inside the container. Thus, by providing continuous curved surface 1c to the container material convection is accelerated and results in well arranged material particles.
