Abstract

PURPOSE:The device for continuously and evenly mixing powder and granular material and liquid which comprises mounting liquid dispersion vanes of a slightly short length in the specific position between plural sets of powder and granular material agitating vanes secured to a revolving shaft and providing the liquid lead-in nozzle protruding from the inside wall of the casing. CONSTITUTION:If a revolving shaft 2 is revolved at a high speed of about 1000RPM or more and powder and granular material is fed into a casing 1 through a feed port 3, it is dispersed by the action of powder and granular material dispersion blades 5 and inlet side mixing blades 6 and moves in laminar form along the inside wall surface of the casing. When liquid is introduced through the nozzle 9 penetrated to the downstream side of the powder and granular material dispersion blades 5 near the inlet, the liquid comes to the inner side of the powder and granular material layer and flown by the action of the liquid dispersion blades 7. Thence, the powder and granular material and liquid move to the downstream while being evenly mixed by the mixing blades 6 and feed blades 8, and are continuously discharged from a take-out port 4.
