Abstract
PURPOSE:To use drain for elevating temp. and pressure of other vessels and make effective use of heat energy by commonly connecting the drain discharge pipes of the respective vessels in an autoclave apparatus in which the high-temp. high- pressure vessels are juxtaposed in multiple steps. CONSTITUTION:High-temp. high-pressure vessels 4 are connected in parallel in multisteps to a steam pipe 3 which feeds steam from a boiler 2. If there is deviation in the operation start timing of the high-temp. high-pressure vessel 4 group, the drain valves 7 of the vessels 4 under operation are opened and the elevation of temp. and pressure of the other vessels 4 are accomplished by way of a common drain discharge pipe 5. When certain degrees of temp. and pressure are attained supply valves 6 are opened to bring the inside of said vessels 4 to desired temp. and pressure conditions. Dry steam is economically utilized by this method.
