Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of heat recovery of equipment in which a heat medium is evaporated by the heat of exhaust gas to drive a turbine by the evaporated heat medium, by setting the pressure of the heat medium in multiple stages ranging from high pressure to low pressure and by connecting the mixed-pressure turbine to the multistage heat exchanger.
CONSTITUTION: High, medium and low-pressure water supply pipes 15W17 are connected to the high-pressure outlet port, low-pressure outlet port and suction port of a feed water pump 14. A high-pressure steam drum 21 is connected to the high- pressure water supply pipe 15 through the preheating section 20 of a heat exchanger 18. A medium-pressure steam drum 23 is connected to the medium-pressure water supply pipe 16 through the preheating section 22 of the heat exchanger 18. A low- pressure steam drum 25 is connected to the low-pressure water supply pipe 17 through the preheating section 24 of the heat exchanger 18. The evaporating sections 26W28 of the heat exchanger 18 are coupled to the steam drums 21, 23, 25. The steam pipes 30W32 of the steam drums 21, 23, 25 are coupled to a mixed- pressure turbine 33 so that the turbine 33 can be rotated by high, medium and low- pressure steam.
