Abstract
PURPOSE:To lessen zero-return torque and enable zero-return and restarting action by one rotation clockwise by providing a zero-return clutch in the middle of a transmission device and an indication device and by constituting a numeral wheel of a ratchet wheel with gear and a numeral ring. CONSTITUTION:The meter is provided with a presser 6 rotating in proportion to the quantity of demand and making zero-return every time limit of demand, the transmssion device 1002 transmitting rotational movement of the presser 6 to the digital indication device 1004 having a plurality of numeral wheels 61, a manual zero-return means 1006 making the presser 6 and the indication device 1004 return to zero at an optional time, and a zero-return clutch 1003 provided between the transmission device 1002 and the indication device 1004. And, the numeral wheels 61 of the indication device 1004 are constituted so that the numeral ring 64 and the ratchet wheel 63 with gear are rotated constantly in a unitary manner and that the numeral wheels 61 are returned by separating the clutch 1003 in linkage to the operation of the means 1006 to return the presser 6 to zero and by rotating the numeral ring 64 while the ratchet wheel 63 being left engaged.
