Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent an operational error of a PTO transmission mechanism by providing the same with an operational error preventing device which causes a PTO clutch to be engaged only when a speed changing operation of the PTO transmission mechanism is effected in a regular corresponding relationship with a rotational speed of that one of PTO shafts which is connected to a PTO drive shaft.
CONSTITUTION: When a PTO shaft 16 for a high speed rotation is connected to a PTO drive shaft 5, another PTO shaft 18 for a low speed rotation is contained in a container case 19 and hence a sensor 23 is in its operative position. Accordingly, only when a PTO change lever 7 is operated to a high speed position in which a high speed gear 11 is coupled to a hub 23 through a coupling 14, a sensor 25 operates so that pressure oil of a pump is fed to a cylinder 26 to thereby engage a PTO clutch 4. Meanwhile, if the PTO shafts 16, 18 are in their respective opposite positions, the sensor 23 does not operate. Accordingly, the sensor 25 does not operate only when the lever 7 is operated to a low speed position in which a low speed gear 12 is coupled to the hub 13 through the coupling 14, and hence the clutch 4 is engaged by the pressure oil of the pump.
